Shipping policy

Australia: A$9.95 shipping, free on orders of A$79 or more.

United States: free shipping on every order.

Processing: orders are packed and sent within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking: once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to start updating.

Where we ship: Australia and the United States. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Lost or late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email us at support@klutchvault.com with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address: check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we'll fix it before it ships. We can't redirect parcels that are already on their way.
